We are happy to announce that the office is reopening on Monday, May 4th with modified hours. Reception will be available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. to get everyone safely and responsibly scheduled. Initially, availability will be limited as we proceed with caution for the protection of our patients and staff.
In addition to staggering appointments, we are:
following the CDC guidelines for workplace cleanliness;
taking temperatures with a no contact infrared thermometer for anyone who enters the office;
requiring masks be worn by everyone - both patients and staff; and
asking all patients to complete a health screening questionnaire.
Because of the high demand for appointments within our limited availability, we are requiring a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled or missed without appropriate notice will be subject to 50% of the regular service fee. This policy will be revisited as our hours and capacity return to full volume.
Of note, all future appointments that were made prior to March 20 have been canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Please call to reschedule your appointment at your convenience. We understand that everyone's comfort level is different and respect your personal preference.
Please bear in mind that we are all adjusting to the new procedures and our priorities are the health and safety of our patients and staff. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward. Looking forward to seeing you!
